A customer has multiple Virtual Machines deployed on the Azure Cloud Platform and may not have used their Private Offer.  

This article shows how to determine what a SoftNAS deployment on Azure was created from.

1. Have the customer log into the portal.azure.com.

2. Select the Virtual Machine in question.

3. In the Overview, scroll down and look for "Offer".

4. The value for the Offer should include "private_offer" in its name if it is a Private Offer.
